Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms govern your use of Vitfin on the web, Android and iOS. By creating an account or using Vitfin, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Vitfin is
Vitfin is a personal financial education and organization tool. It lets you record transactions, create budgets, track debts, set goals, calculate your net worth and check your Vitfin Score. It also offers Vitfin AI and, if you turn it on, automatic transaction capture.
Vitfin does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Vitfin is not an entity supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia. It does not take deposits, does not manage funds and does not connect to your bank accounts.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information you give us must be true and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away.
- Each account has a single holder. Do not share or transfer it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Vitfin for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to access the code or infrastructure of the service.
- Abuse Vitfin AI or bypass usage limits, for example through automation or multiple accounts.
- Upload other people’s data, documents or receipts without their authorization.
5. Accuracy of information
Calculations, indicators and projections depend on the data you enter or confirm. If the data is incomplete or wrong, the results will be too. Review the information before making decisions.
6. Automatic capture
Automatic capture is optional. You authorize it source by source: forwarded bank emails, notifications, text messages or receipts. The app suggests transactions and you confirm them before they are saved. You can turn off any source or revoke permissions at any time.
7. Vitfin AI
Vitfin AI answers are for guidance only and may contain errors. Review each suggestion before saving it. They do not replace the opinion of a professional.
The number of queries depends on your plan: Free, 5 per month; Pro trial, 30; Vitfin Pro, 50 per month.
8. Plans, trial and payments
- Pro trial: 20 days, no card required. When it ends there is no automatic charge; your account switches to the free read-only mode.
- Vitfin Pro: monthly or annual plan. On the web it costs COP 14,900 per month or COP 99,900 per year, paid through Mercado Pago. On Google Play and the App Store, the local price shown by the store applies.
- Renewal: a purchased subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the channel where you bought it (Mercado Pago, Google Play or the App Store).
The launch promotion is governed by its specific conditions (available in Spanish). The right of withdrawal and refunds are explained in the refund policy.
9. Intellectual property and your data
The Vitfin brand, software, designs and content belong to SEM Consultores S.A.S. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable license to use the app.
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app or on this page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. We will notify you first, except in urgent cases involving security, fraud or a legal order.
11. Availability
We work to keep Vitfin running continuously, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. There may be pauses for maintenance, updates or provider outages.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), Vitfin is not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app or for damage caused by incorrect data you entered or confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the non-waivable rights the law grants you as a consumer.
13. Privacy and cookies
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give you advance notice in the app or by email. If you keep using Vitfin after the effective date, you accept the new version.
15. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
