If your email app does not open, copy the address and send a message from your usual inbox.

How to report a problem

Include the email address you use with Vitfin and describe what you were trying to do.
Include your device model and whether you use the website, Android, or iPhone.
If you send a screenshot, hide financial and personal information that is not needed to investigate the issue.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full card details.

Getting started

Record your income and expenses in Transactions and check that the amounts match your records.
Add your debts with their interest rate, term, and additional costs to review projections.
Use My Plan to organize your planned expenses and goals.
In the app, open “How to use Vitfin” to read the user guide.

Account and subscription

For help with access, a payment, subscription cancellation, or deletion of your account and data, email soporte@vitfin.co and describe your request. Do not include your password.
